What is Kai Wireless?

Do I have to forward my calls?
No. On a Kai Wireless line, Kai is part of the line itself, so there's nothing to set up with another carrier and no code to dial. If you'd rather keep your current phone company for now, KaiCalls works with call forwarding today.
Can I keep my number?

Will callers know they're talking to Kai?
Kai introduces himself by name and talks like a person at your front desk: he asks a follow-up when he needs one instead of reading a menu. Every call is recorded and summarized, so you can hear exactly how it went.
What happens when Kai can't handle something?
He passes the call to you. When someone asks for something he shouldn't decide on his own, he transfers the call, or takes the details and texts them to you right away, so you know what was said before you call back.
How do I change what Kai says?
Call your own line and tell him. “We're closed Monday.” “Add a question about parking.” He reads back the change first, and you can undo it the same way.
